    seriously though. You will tap a lot. Remember...if it hurts...tap. Then ask the coach if there's an escape. You should frankly be spending more time drilling than rolling IMHO. Also...if you're big or fat...specially if you're fat...don't go hard you're fat uncoordinated ass might accidentally hurt your partner...and then he will REALLY hurt you.

    Bad news... so I was breaking rocks with a sledge hammer with no shirt on holding my pitbull and drinking a pabst blue ribbon and I broke my leg. The female Dr. at the ER said I need surgery after she asked for my number.
