Electric Triangle

Pulled off my first one ever yesterday (and in a Gi.) I've only seen one video of this move, and it was Eddie doing it. Wondering if someone can put up an instructional video with various ways to hit this move, or even just more tips. Thanks.

electric triangle? is this somthing to do with hooking there hip with your foot? (thats called a wikid triangle i think.) does anyone have a vid?

Its a triangle with their leg inside, Eddie performs it off the electric chair sweep. It is in one of the MTS vids

The electric triangle is when you have their head, one arm in, and one of their legs in. Your tighten the choke down and heel hook the leg that you also have in the triangle. It's pretty sick.

sick i rarely can pull off the electric chair on people that know what they're doing tho, hit old-school about 95%+ though, people just give it to you, even when you show them how to defend.

i cannot begin to fathom what it looks like but i looooooooooove all triangles this has got to be added to my repetouir....i'm still having a hard time paying via paypal we need a bpay option via credit card for the MTS
