We start Monday, gonna do some basic jitz for the guys/gals, rubber guard, lockdown... gonna be a blast!

If anyone can think of a few basic things that would benefit the class that would work in jiu jitsu/real world scenario's please post. Most of these guys are new to the system and ive only had a year of 10pjj style.

On the cruise Eddie said that a member of one of the SF teams had said they were drilling mission crontrol. He said they used it to keep the other guy in place while drawing their boot knife with the free hand for the kill.
