    Question about tournament rules

so i'll be participating in a Copa Nova tournament in about 5 weeks and i have a question about the rules. i'll be doing beginners division since it's my first time but i was curious about some of the moves i've been practicing.

the rules say no neck cranks, no calf/bicep slicer, and no figure four ankle locks.

my question is, can i do the following moves in this beginner tournament:

    twister (body crank?)
    calf crank (calf slicer?)
bas rutten shart machine (neck crank?)
    japanese necktie (neck crank?)
and when i go for an armbar and they defend, can i do the bicep smash?
and what are figure four ankle locks?
and what's a can opener? is that when you're in someones guard and you grab their head muay thai style to open the guard?

i know that i totally sound like a rookie but i didn't have much formal training, i'm more self taught then anything, hopefully i can represent 10th planet well and choke out some fools. thanks for your help

Twister: Usually illegel if there are no neck cranks
Japanese necktie: I have found is up to the ref.
    Calf crank: Illegal
    bicep smash=bicep cutter
    Figure four =toe hold
You got the can opener right.
I don't know about the shart machine.
