Sadly, no. But I believe he talks about it a little bit in the Mastering the Rubber Guard DVD. Something to the effect of: "Keep working your butterfly stretch until you can get your knees to the ground," and, "Work your double lotus until you can get into it without using your hands."
I'm sure he does other stretches besides that, but those two are the most important for rubber guard and jail breaks.
