It's thanks to Cade Nelson that my guard game got so much better, because he's so good at passing. And although he's a small guy you're done once he's passed. I mean come on! That guy is a phenomenal black belt!

Rolling with the guys at 10th Planet HQ, Burbank and West L.A. and competing more this year made me better. I'm planning on at least doubling my efforts in 2012. it's a lot of hard work and there were even times where I did not really enjoy doing jiu jitsu (only a few classes), because I trained way more than I was used to. But it's all for my personal goal and in the end it's fun, especially when you see progress again.

So thanks a lot my fellow nibiru warriors!
