Down here we farm the arms. Usually via swim or croc. Personally though, I like flying/rolling anything. Its the transition into more than the sub itself for me.

Yeah, I have to agree with the arm triangle, especially after that helpful "comb-over" tip in MTS 33.

Chokes, particualry Triangle Chokes. I love the finality of a good strangulation. However lower body submission (Leg Locks) run a very close 2nd place, if I can't put you to sleep, I'll make damn sure you can't chase me
