Ive wondered about HAARP ever since a hurricane pretty much as big as Florida (cant remember the name of it) turned away at the last second when everyone was pretty much ready for a couple weeks of Mad Max living.

What if they sprayed chemtrails of aluminum and barium or whatever all the time since weather can be controlled with electronic instruments. More as a safety measure against other countries using our own weather against us with their own HAARP like stuffs.
