Ive wondered about HAARP ever since a hurricane pretty much as big as Florida (cant remember the name of it) turned away at the last second when everyone was pretty much ready for a couple weeks of Mad Max living.

What if they sprayed chemtrails of aluminum and barium or whatever all the time since weather can be controlled with electronic instruments. More as a safety measure against other countries using our own weather against us with their own HAARP like stuffs.

Calm down, its just a what if scenario. If we have a HAARP then why wouldnt other countries have figured it out to. Google weather atmosphere weather control. They can do all kinds of stuff with metallic crap in the air

Also weird that they keep predicting 10-15 hurricanes a year like usual every year but a couple years ago they stopped all together. They've never been that far off in their predictions until recent years.
