I've been trying to model my diet (and exercise and sleep patterns) around this guys website. I physcially feel great, and I'll probably be going in to see my primary MD for my annual check-up here in another month or so. Last time around all my labs were within normal ranges except for blood pressure was a little high (135/75). I'm curious to see what changes, if any, eating plenty of animal fats and veggies while cutting out grains and processed foods has made on anything lab wise.
