So i always manage to get the lockdown but my whip up really sucks is it just a matter of reps is there anything i can do to make it better idk need help
i find all my guys try to boost their opponents with all arms and fail to use there legs. Use you legs and make an arching type move. Like a rainbow and there's always gold at the end of the rainbow. ;)

cant whip up because the guy has a nasty control over your head?
just use your legs more. try boosting your opponent in drills with just your legs, no hands. make the arch, and at the top pull you legs down, dont just let them fall. almost slam them down and keep your stomach tight. youll find that by keeping your abs tight, when you slam your legs down, you will pull your upper body up off the floor allowing you to get to your elbow.
