I found MTS #34 to be really helpful
I regularly work the stretches that are in the front end of Mastering The Rubberguard. I had terrible hip and groin flexibility two years ago and can hit no hand lotus now. However, I focused a lot on that and now my hamstrings need a lot of work. I learned to keep everything more balanced and not just focus on one specific thing.
