I'm thinking about trying some Yoga to help me with my back and to open up my hips. Since coming back from a very serious leg/foot injury, my back has been giving me a lot of trouble. Has anyone tried the Hot Yoga (Bikram or Moksha)? Thanks. :)

My Girlfriend is an instructor and it has a lot of strong ties to anatomy, muscular energy and science. It is the 10th Planet of Yoga in my opinion.
This is what most of us in Rochester have been practicing.
i say do it all. nothing wrong with the variety
Rebel yoga lol
Really any yoga is helpful as long as the instructor knows a lot about alignment and anatomy. There are a lot of teachers that "play yoga" and you can end up injured or not get the best results.
I did Bikram a few times. I loved it, but they dont offer it down here. But I would recommend it.
yeah bikram is great. I like doing it in the morning as Ill feel limber all day.
