I have been stretching 15 minutes a day for the last 3 months and I think my knees are about 1 inch closer to the ground than they were were before on the sitting hip stretches so I feel your pain. Congrats btw.
I can do the lotus with no hands!!
I just tried it lol but im nowhere near fast with it, and i still have trouble with the rubber guard.

I was stretching for about an hour every night, but now i pulled somethin in my groin...i wasnt warming up at all either, so my fault. Now i gotta start over.
yeah dont rush into a lot of the rubber guard techniques with out the proper flexibility. i tryed it and tore my knee. i have been out of the game for almost a month already and im just starting to stretch my knee again....no where near where i was before. i WAS able to do the lotus position.

congrats ,my hip flexibility has always been good but the knee flexibility isn't going anywhere too soon so double lotus is out for me
