It wasent complicated at all. You just find a place where you can get your mind off of things. I was sitting in my bed without noise around and my feet crossed. I also had my eyes closed and it was the first time I meditated at 7 am which is early for me. I stayed as relaxed as possible and got to a point where I wasent even thinking about nothing and it just kindda happened from there.Quote:

Sleep paralysis sucks. I think it was 7 or 8 years ago when I used to take an afternoon nap everyday. For about a week everytime I went to sleep in the day time it would happen. It was like I was awake but I couldnt move. What made it the worst was that I knew I was asleep but I couldn't wake up. Even when I. Would wake up from it, if I went back to sleep it would happen again as soon as I passed out. Cant remember if I was doing something to cause it or not. It was so bad I eventually came up with something to wake me up. I would create the feeling of spinning really really fast (like a planet or something)and wake up instantly. Also got me out of nightmares. Just had to realize that something didnt seem right and that I was dreaming. I have other ways of waking up or changing a dream situation now thoughQuote:
