Out of body experience

Has anyone ever had one? What was it like? I had my first one this morning, it was insaneee!

Well I guess I'll expand on mine.. It was sick. I woke up early this morning to meditate and I got into a really big sense of relaxation and self being. I just kind of sat back and put my hands on my thighs. After about 20-40 minutes I felt like I was going through this weird tunnel thing and there was like every color you could imagion in the tunnel/tube thing and then I heard a voice and got really scared but tried to keep my cool. The voice sounded like it was coming from far away but I kind of made out that it said "Are you ready?" at this point I thought I was about to die. I dont ever remember being more scared, but I just knew that this was not permanant so I kept my cool. When it said are you ready I could see the end of the tunnel and it was dark no color, very scary. I got to this point and went through this tunnel and at the end of it was open space when the tunnel ended it was me suddenly flying over my neighborhood. I saw my house and everything in detail, now this is the part that scared me I saw my brother and uncle leaving the house with fishing poles. This spooked me out so I tried to snap out of it and it took me a good 10 seconds to do it. I ran downstairs looked out the window and my brother and uncle were in the car driving away. I asked my aunt where they are going and she said to fish, they're gonna be there all day. After that I just pretty much sat in my room saying wtf just happened and I dont know if this has anything to do with anything but while I was sitting in my room I heared a baby crying, I got scared and went outside and my baby cousin was with my aunt crying but the voice sounded like it was litteraly right next to me which is what scared me. Everything is normal now, but im intersted in if im gonna have a crazy dream tonight or anything.

When that happens i usually dont know where to go or can even think of a reason to go anywhere. The more things like that happen, the less it will freak you out and will seem almost normal.

I had 2.
The first one i was just walking and i remember i blacked out for like 1 second then when i became conscious again, i was still walking. It was trippy.
The second one is the horrifying one. Lucid dreaming (scissor lock, sleep paralysis). I hate this so much, it's so creepy and i get goosebumps from just thinking about it. I hear people screaming into my ear and i try to knock on my wall to get my parents to help me but It wouldn't work because I'm paralyzed. This one time, I got caught again in a scissor lock and I remember, I was looking up to my ceiling and I saw this creepy looking ghost spraying water directly down on my face. It's an encounter that can't be really explained because it's all psychological. I found a way to counter it though. It appears that it only happens when I sleep too early, so I have to avoid that. Well that's my story.
