My right is currently messed up, I use a brace or boxing wrap when i sleep to give it more stability to heal. And lots of Glucosamine as said above.

Same situation, I'm starting to use cold therapy of a night before bed, strapping it in my sleep with compression and I might have to double my cissus dose.
