Josh Barnett's "Way of Defeating The Rubber Guard"

Josh is a badass and it'd prob be a difficult task to control him anywhere. But personally I like and use rubber guard all the time and it works.

I am just surprised he doesn't tell them to roid rage out of RG. I also like when he asks if anyone has never heard of it and the one guy raises his hand, and Barnett is like "the less you know the better off you are", my thoughts exactly I love when people I am grappling with don't know anything about RG. Thanks josh.
