woah.. lets slow things down a bit. like i said, my cardio is horrible.. what are you trying to do kill me?

Good luck w/your cardio, chronic. But just a heads up: the Arnold's is more like 36/37 days away, not two months. It dawned on me this week that i have about 5 weeks to get ready and i'm starting to get nervous.

crap! that just through everything off lol. well.. looks like im doing 90% cardio the next 36 days lol.
