See that's awesome I personally plan on growing my own fruits and vegetables as well but I still don't really buy that it may cost cheaper to organically grow your own food I understand that you don't need to buy fertilizers and such but I mean that it shouldn't be a whole lot cheaper I of course know once you set up shop and have the whole process going than yes in the long run it would be cheaper but I mean when you first start setting up I'm not sure but it probably cost a pretty penny to begin the process of setting up a garden that you plan on living off of for a little while.The main problem I have with organic food is that for us fortunate enough to even be able to discuss what foods we should eat is that same thing I have a problem with the fact that we can discuss what we should eat unlike other places and countries where people discuss about what they HAVE to eat to survive the day not even worrying about next week if there's a way for a starving child in Ethiopia or Dar fur to eat organic food than Im all for it but if all he can eat is non organic food than leave him be .See the main problem we can all agree with is over population back than we didn't need factories and corporations to feed us by the billions so that 2 out of 3 families didn't need to farm just to survive I'm sure many will disagree and many will agree with me that there are necessary evils in the world like natural disasters ,cancer, AIDS, STD'S, alcohol ,tobacco, its very devastating the effects these things can have on the world but can you imagine if nobody died ever? can you imagine if people just in the US alone didn't die around 500,000 times a year just from alcohol and tobacco? think of it how you want population control or whatever but the fact remains over population doesn't help anybody especially when the majority of those people are just consumers.
