I checked up more on over population and yeah I'd have to agree it is not a truly real dilemma but like most of you have said it's poverty and corruption of different area that really affect the people but there is one form of necassary evil I'll never back down from and that's natural selection meaning the Darwin Awards now if you think that's not necassary than by all means just keep spreading that dumb neanderthal gene around and have your own kids be contestants for the Awards lol

Again this is a subject far too big for a comment. It's worth many lectures! But Survival of the fittest in humans is not as clear cut as you might think? 99.99% of people in the West (according to various studies) in the world are chronically nutrient difficient. They do not get adequete education or enough exercise. Now if everyone had those things would so many of these so called 'dumb' people you speak of exist? Unlikely in my opinion. I'm assuming you do not consider yourself dumb? Why? What kind of society did you grow up in? What kind of society did your parents grow up in? What opportunitys did they have and you have that others did not? There are so many factors to consider beyond a simple genetic code. Would you be dumb if you were adopted by dumb people as a baby and raised in a dumb environment? If so that would indictate environmental factors that contibute toward intelligence not simply your DNA. I would research the effect of nutrition on brain function and overall intelligence as well. Trust me you have been mislead on the process for natural selection as it applies to humans. What about a sick child? Should we let it die because it's so called inferior genetics mean it's a necessary evil that it dies for the sake of the human race? Of course not we have the means to heal the weak and the sick and make them strong! I think your confusing humans with animals who do not posess the ability to reason nor have the same means to treat their offsping. Many big strong intelligent adults whom you would consider 'fittest of the race' have been sickly and/or dumb children. I think you need to seriously research your beliefs because they appear quite ignorant and very disturbing in my opinion.

Now I'm assuming you haven't heard of the Darwin Awards check it out it's quite amusings it awards given to people who have died some of the stupidest ways possible like putting a rocket on a car and driving into a hillside going so fast his brakes didn't work and his tires had melted off to the rim . I'm talking dumb like that like the drunk drivers (not victims) and people who decide to hiking in unknown territories with no knowledge and end up starving when they were just 2 miles away from civilization if you wanna pass those genes be my guest .I'm no eugenicist but I do believe that not everyone should have kids for many reasons besides being Darwin Award dumb

Like I said with all due respect I think for the moment your highly ignorant on the subject. I'm not sure you fully understand the concept of Darwinism.

There is a ton of evidence that Intelligence is largely environmental not purely down to your DNA. A simple example is if we get someone of so called good genetics (male) and then never teach them to read or write or learn language skills and do not feed them enough so their growth is stunted as 4 foot 5 or something. As a result of that they appear dumb and do stupid things in their life. Should they not breed so as not to pass on their inferior genetics? Going back 10 generations no-one in my family on both my parents side ever went to University. The men were also quite small. Now I'm 6'1 and did a degree in History at one of the best Universitys in the UK. So what does that tell you?

Regarding people doing stupid things there are so many factors as to why people would do such a thing. Ignorance is not the same as stupidity. People can do many insane things. I once climed a lampost when I was drunk and hung upside down when I was a teenager. Obviously I could have been killed but hey I survived and have never done it since. I have also done one handed hadnstand at the end of an 8 foot brick wall whilst drunk too when I was younger. What people do when they are drunk is obviously different from how they would behave if they were sober. My partner will finish her Masters in Photonics later this year. If we ever have kids would they be dumb because according to you I have a bad genetic code and have done stupid things that almost got me killed. Therefore my kids would likely be dumb right? They would bring down the human species according to you.

You sound young so I hope as you get older you and expand your knowledge base further you will realise not everything is as black and white as it may appear and that human life is scared and precious. It is something to be treasured not dismissed when you perceive it as a inconvieniece. Would you would still feel the way you do if others viewed you or your parents as failing to meet their standards of life I wonder?

Well I was hoping you realized I was saying it with a sense of humor I clearly said I'm no eugenicist meaning I don't believe in intelligence being genetic or that we shouldn't let "dumb" people procreate that is not my view what I meant is people with ridiculous memes such as racism and sexicism passing them to their kids and then to their kids just creating a long chain of ignorant kids who hopefully learn better when they grow up but fact is most of them don't I mean there's still some places in the world where women can't vote where slaves still exist and where raping and pillaging is a lifestyle like I said before I don't believe everyone should be having kids and please don't put words in my mouth when you don't know what I'm talking about I was trying to give a comical viewpoint but you clearly missed that and took it literal but don't worry I'm not fretting were just having a friendly discussion is all I can imagine it's hard to read someone correctly through a computer screen

I'm a non-organic guy myself, but I believe in freedom to choose so long as those choices aren't impeding on the personal choices of others. I may become an organic farmer with you Angel =D. Let's charge 7 bucks a pound for tomatoes.

You see thats the problem though. If every one keeps choosing to eat non-organic, they support sooooo many unmoral acts. If more people ate organic, there would be more organic farms. More farms equal lower price too.

This is where we get into some actual danger zone. If there's any sort of "pushing" of organic onto the non-organic eating community, it'd be like one religion trying to push its values onto people outside of said religion. I like my 10pJJ guys, we all have a commonality in our love for nogi JJ. This will be my last post on this topic since I treat all of us here as friends even if we've never met before. More JJ! Actrually it wasn't that clear. Maybe it was a joke or maybe your backtracking. I don't know and to be honest it really dosen't matter at this point anyway. You still wrote that you believe people suffering and dying is apparently a necessary evil for rest of us lucky Westerners on the planet. You seriously believe a persons right to live should be decided on their geographical location of which they have no control over? It's a necessary evil right? It's so easy to say that when your living thousands of miles away from the horror of it all in luxery and with none of your loved ones suffering and dying in front of you. I mean we deserve to live more then these poor people beacause we were born in a different part of the planet so it's tough luck to them I suppose using your logic.

Anyway this isn't really going anywhere so we might as well go back to discussing the Organic food issue. It's alot more relevant to our Jiu-jitsu practice.

Encouraging people to eat food that is not nutritionally depleted and ACTUALLY FOOD is nothing like pushing religion. I'd say it's closer to encouraging you not to smoke, or drink excessively. There are thousands of religions and absolutely no tangible proof of one over the other (proof or non proof of religion is not the debate here so don't bother) whereas with organic food we can absolutely beyond any doubt show that it is better nutritionally, environmentally and for the eco system in which it operates.
