2). Brandon showed a calf slicer from an old school cross body heel hook position (think being in leg drag then sitting back for that heel hook. I would like to know your opinion on the position in general. It doesn't seem to have as much control as a leg lace but there still seems to be some options without having your feet in danger like you would in 5050.

not too sure but looked like buddy had a heel hook on his right side, not sure if I seen a tap.
not raining on a parade but buddy looked like he had a heel hook, and didn't see him tap. but if he did tap he was not at your level.

Oh yeah, that's, the outside clamp, same one used for the hail mary straight ankle lock warm up. I use it a lot. I use and teach a variety of other positions than the common ones, those are just the primary ones for they system I use.Quote:
