Weak shit, it's a shame.
I went to one of his seminars once and absolutely loved it!!!....said no one ever.
I loved Royce just as much as anybody. Changed my life. But with the evolution of the art, I would not pay someone to lecture and demonstrate the importance of basics. That is what he did, yeah?
I've only been to two seminars ( both east coast training camps ) and had an awesome time. Every instructor was bad ass.
I went to his seminar and it was all basic shit, I know what a RNC and head and arm triangle is. I was recording and he told me not to and to delete the video, he was funny but all it was to me was a photo op.
Wow, that's not cool at all! I have only been been to three seminars total. Einstien, Renato, and Draculino. Two out of three of them thanked us thoroughly for our time and said they were showing us the newest stuff that had been working for them and their team.
I've been to a Royce/Royler seminar, it was good, Royler ran the show. Royce has an edge but he wasn't nearly as bad as this thread suggests.
I was recently contacted by someone who is hosting a seminar of his and was going to go but after reading this there is no way I'm wasting my money. Sad thing is he's the ONLY reason I started Jiu Jitsu
He is the reason most people started Jiu Jitsu.
Einstein knows how to run a seminar. You guys should fly him down to Aussieland.
