Bad seminar experience

Has any one else had a shit experience at a seminar ?

I just did a seminar on Saturday with a certain "legend" of the sport
And no it wasn't Renato
The guy rocked up 20 minutes late was rude to the students
belittled white belts especially the 13 yeah old who is 3 classes in who idolises him (who doesn't )
spoke Portuguese and saying we might understand it better if he spoke in Portuguese
and spent more time talking to his wife then the actual class
and then left a hour early with a nice pay check (20 x $150)

ive done some seminars in my time (rigan , johnwill ,drysdale, mendes bro's )

just wondering how do you get over the bad taste left in your mouth if you have ever come across a shitty experience

Schedule a private lesson with an instructor you know is going to get you some awesome info. Takes the bad taste right out.

Can't say I've had that experience, is there a way u can speak to the school head who scheduled him and voice ur thoughts? There may be some backstory as to why the guest instructor behaved that way, maybe he doesn't know he's rubbed people the wrong way....

i spoke to the tour manager he did 4 seminars and 2 private speaking functions
all up a weekend in perth min 20g up for about 6 hours work
