Don't give up on it just yet. When you have guys like Rafael Lovato, Jr and Clark Gracie falling victim to it... It's something that we need to at least be aware of. Put in 30 reps before you throw it away!

Britches required.

We call it something completely different if you and/or your opponent aren't wearing britches.

"Breaches" like breaching a door? Britches. Is it that rare of a word? Lol. Don't worry Bmac, if you visit 10P Beaumont you won't feel out of place, we say britches in Texas too..

I knew my muffin top would come in handy one day. Now I can use it to hold the foot in place!
