Strength training and Jitsu Training
Ok so ive had this conversation with a few people but i wanna see what you all think...
What do you all do about strength training? do you weight lift before rolling/training or after? or do you do it in different days completely? or do you avoid weight lifting all together?
I want to gain muscle size, but i realized that when i weight lift i obviously get sore and my rolling goes down the drain and my game doesnt improve... etc
so how do you all deal with this? thoughts?
