Damn man.. Sorry to hear that. How did the injury occur? Rehab the he'll out of it before you come back!
Rolling, funny thing is that I did not feel anything until the ride home. Went to therapy yesterday but my insurance only covers 80%. Thinking about rehabing it myself.

Thanks bro, the biggest thing I'm worried about is losing flexibility. I worked very hard the past couple years on it and I'm scared that's down the drain.

Will it'll come back brotha, take it easy rest up, getting your knee scoped for a medial meniscus tear, its one of the easier surgery's to recover from. I would recommend at least a few sessions of PT, at least that way you can learn then use the excercises thet give your properly.

my left leg is my strong side rubber and it was my right leg so I think it was just a freak thing. Did not feel it the moment it happened(as I was prob fighting for my life)Quote:
