Yeah, I've heard that before haha. I do, Call of Duty is my shit lol.
now the real question... Xbox or PS3? lol
HAHA PS3 man, free online. But lets not get side tract. Do any others have any suggestions?
find a speed bag. put in 3 to 5 min every day ..if you have access to a body blade use it . running while trying to dribble a raquet ball. shadow box shadow box shadow box .hand eye corodnation is directily related to the feet ..its all conecteted. foot work drills on a ladder with a partner tossing a medicane ball will also help pick up you game ......
i think double end bag is WAYYYYY better
plus its not as loud as a speed bag
try pleasuring two women at the same time manually, while reading Tolstoy, and doing a headstand =D. Wait am I allowed to go past PG-13 on the forums? If not, yes shadowboxing, focus mitt work with someone who knows how to feed the mitts *check out Duane Ludwigs numbering system for mitt work, really amazing* ladder footwork drills with the medicine ball I'm going to try *thank you Thomas J*, and if you're interested in any sort of cross training, handball will help develop eye/hand/footwork coordination as well.
yeah i just do some call of duty and bad company and im good. ps3 ftw :)
Double End bag works wonders. I have one and do about 30 minutes a day on that shit. I'll post a video of me on it, and yall can critique
Watched a vid of Boxer Billy Schwer drilling hand/eye co-ordination with a tennis ball, he had it on the end of a short piece of elastic which was attached to a headband so when it came back at him he could slip the ball then punch etc....will try dig out the vid and post for you to look at :)
