Have short and long term projects. Divide you training between technique, technical, tactical and conditioning. Force yourself once a week into your areas of least comfort. Last take advantage of the unexpected. This could be a chance to roll with someone from a different style or being forced to work your weak side due to injury.

I meditate or play the flute before practice. it really puts me in that state of mind where I can absorb information more efficiently. theres probably some kind of science to back it up I just never bothered to check.
Stretching, grip training..constant technique breakdown in my head
I am assuming for his grip strength. Although mostly trained by GI practitioners, it is probably even more important in no-gi. Guys like Popowitch have sick grips where they can get wrist control from any position thorough out the match.
visualize, look over notes, get to my spot first

2. Watch about 30 min of tech before bed
3. Consistant training every week
4. Good food and sleep
I like to train cardio as much as possible
i want my cardio to be better than anybody on the planets
also having the best grappling gear, that covers your whole body helps so you dont get any sickness and dont have to stay out
also like brian said try and do it atleast once a week where you are out of your comfort zone, and put your goals into smaller goals, and smaller goals
Squeeze medicine balls in between your legs and RNC choke them. Work on leg curls and watch your half and full guards games explode. Happened to me!

I do strength training, for sure. Lots of basic strength lifts, neck work, and grip work.
I obsessively watch technique videos, and make lists of techniques that I want to play around with for that day. Like yesterday, there wasn't anybody in the gym, so I stood a huge foam roller in the middle of the mat and practiced Imanari-style inverted shots.
I also try to roll with more experienced guys as much as possible. Cross-training in sambo and judo has made a huge difference, too.
Lots and lots of steroids. I'm huge.
