Has anyone seen this? A friend is willing to sell it to me for cheap, and I wanted to make sure it is worth my precious few dollars (I guess you could say, I want to know if it makes cents.....GET IT?). Any input on the Saddle Series, or Scott Sonnon in general, would be cool (looking at you, hertzhog).
Sorry I haven't seen the series (I've heard good and bad about it). Without delving into Sambo politics, I'd save my money.

Agreed, I've seen some sonnen stuff from mma vault. Sitck to Herzog's and Bodycomb's techniques that you can find on youtube. They stick with the functional stuff and throw out all the "parlor tricks" that you might land on a rookie. Bodycomb has a DVD out too, its not bad.Quote:

There is some good stuff on Sonnon's dvd. The leg triangles principles and some of the transitions between the positions is worth the money if you can get the dvd's cheap. Reilly's set is 100% worth the money.
