Katana Shindrome!

I would just like to bring peoples attention to a growing problem here at 10th Planet MTL. As some of you may know Louis Ho is our head instructor and he is a baddass mofo. He is a fantastic teacher/coach and we all love him dearly, however his severe physical deformity has begun to cause problems with his students. Louis suffers from Katana Shin Syndrome or Katana Shindrome, and it hurts like fuck. His shins are so fucking sharp I would rather be beaten to death with an elephants dick than have LoHo put me in Lockdown.

I was just curious if anyone else suffers from the same condition or trains with anyone with Katana Shindrome?

What Mike "The Meathead" Romano is referring to are my skinny ass legs. I have absolutely no muscle tone in my legs. It's a miracle I can even walk. I'm trying to save up for money some calf implants. BUT, apparently when I do the lockdown, it really hurts the other guy. They claim that my shins are especially sharp. So, everyone is bitching about my lockdown. That's Katana Shindrome, according to Mike.

I concur with Mike "Roid Rage" Romano, Katana Shindrome is an epidemic.

There's a guy at our gym that has knives for elbows.

Guys like Florian and Loiseau have sharp elbows. I guess some have sharp shins.

I get the same complaints Louis... All I know is people would rather give me full guard, than let me snake them into lockdown. Cause that's what I do with it... I put shit on "LOCKDOWN"!!! LoL!

Good job, Bill! Just out of curiosity, do you have skinny legs? It's either I have very little muscle around the shins, thus exposing more the bone, or I just have sharper shins.

Jes I also have skinny legs, they work so good for the entire system :)

^ I also may have some sharp shins, as when I was younger, we would do stupid shit, like play soccer with plastic milk carton crates. That definately had to have some play in the development of my shins ;)

Better work on those shin exercises or you could end up like Cory Hill...

Yeah but Louis can shave himself with his own shin... Flexibility and razorsharpness.

He can throw up a brick of Tofu and highkick it into mini squares.

If I kick you in the neck, I can literally decapitate you.

And damn is he crazy accurate one time I saw him perform open heart surgery using only his shins, and some chopsticks.

Plus he's so flexible, when he throws up crackhead he shaves his head. My legs are smooth like a girls after I roll with him.

I heard Chuck Norris tried to low kick Louis and lost his right leg.

It grew back, of course.
