    New to site. Where to start?

    New to the site. As a white belt, what techniques do you recommend I start viewing first? What is the recommended progression?

    Hey D,

    I'd suggest starting from the newest backwards, that way you are learning the most up to date stuff. Also, make it your mission to master the warm ups. Lots of good stuff there!
