Ok, so over the course of the last month I have been completely drained of energy, I have an eternal cold that never seems to leave, and overall I just dont feel like I recover much after workouts. I work in a 110 degree factory 40 hrs a week, on top of whenever I feel like training, which lately has been limited due to my being sick. I think its just classic burnout taking effect, and I know it isn't anything medically serious (I had a blood test done to make sure that wasn't the case).
My question to the 10th is.. Any tips on getting my Immune System back upto par, and keeping it there? Any foods, medicines, witch doctor junk? ANYTHING!?!?!
