So i lost by 2nd rd TKO...I feel good got banged up a little bit but all in all got new goals to work on. I had a very good 1st rd was connecting and moving well i started to gas out towards the end of the first and got caught with some nasty punches but made it through to the end of the 1st. Didnt have much left coming into the beginning of the 2nd and got caught again and put on my ass and finished. So my goals are deff gonna be drop some more weight, cardio ,cardio,cardio, and also work on my striking and moving forward instead of backwards. also some weight lifting so that i can work clinch better with out being out muscled. When i have video up i will post it and let my family on here pick some pointers for me.
