What happened here Coach Zog? Was adrenaline a factor, did dude just have insane knee flexibility, or were there some things off with the technique? It seems like a deep heel hook for quite some time (Fast fwd to 2.00 mins)

Poor positioning, its al that was. He had the near hip isolated, but he never isolated the far hip. The whole time the guy in the blue shorts was able to move his left leg and hip around to create pockets of space, which also allowed him to straighten his leg getting heel hooked, elevating pressure. As for the heel hook itself, the heel should be low on the radius bone near the wrist, he was from somewhere between wrist and elbow. And a key detail to finishing the heel hook is hugging it tight to you , he was constantly focusing on twisting which gave the dude in blue the opportunities to create little pockets of space.
