my flexibility has been getting better little by little....my right leg is more flexible then my left leg so i tend to use mission control more with my right (until i can get my left leg to par). Now i don't know really what i did maybe from forcing flexibility or not stretching enough, but i strained my right groin. I rested it a couple of days and i don't feel the strain but now i feel like a little rubbing inside the groin when i flex my right leg around......
just curious if that's normal after the "straining" goes away or is that something the body does because of my rubber guard progressing?
