I'm too fuckin add for yoga. I love the positions and all, but moving fluidly through them as opposed to holding it. I hold stuff, but like every 5th move. I like transitional more than positional.

No its yoga and no gi techniques , its my favorite techniques because at my school am the only one who train gi but only use a lot of no gi techniques
