My uncles a pig whenever we go out i always figure out a way to smoke pot its my way of breaking his balls one new years we went to planet hollywood now if u ever been to time square it fucking sucks during new years eve u can get stuck on a block for hours, if you got a off duty police escort its like v i p. My uncles boy was head of security most of the security guards were cops and i smoked the whole night they were looking for me but there was so many people i was just blowing smoke down.

I will admit, if I know someone's a cop I'll put a little extra squeeze on it, but that's just to toughen em up cause their job's so hard, lol. Most cops I've met are dicks, but that's their personal problem, letting their ego get the best of them and forgetting that their citizens too, not some righteous Gustapo brigade. Some cops are genuinely great human beings who truly live to serve and protect, but unfortunately(at least based on my experinces with LAPD) those people are few and far between. Everybody's different and at the very least, I respect the kind of character it takes to risk your life protecting others. BTW, love how the Highway patrol officer threatens the German with sodomy in jail, lol. That guy would be taking a nap during RNC drills, lol.

I will attemp to explain this the best I feel I can, without it sounding strange. As a Police officer we have discretion on a lot of situations, such as traffic offense and minor offenses against society. If a "victim" is involved that takes away that discretion and it is more on the shoulders of the victim. With that being said, there are A LOT of people that smoke weed, and yes it is a controlled substance however I have attempted to educate myself the best I can on the subject and I have taken a somewhat neutral stand. I rarely cite people for minor use of Marijuana "15 g" or less for personal use, that is a fine in our state and can be wiped from your record within 6 months, it depends on demeanor. However, I do believe with a lot of the people that a small ammount of marijuana is for personal use, but I have located marijuana with heroin, cocaine and presciption medication that the person doesn't need but obtained to sell or abuse. I don't believe children need to be in contact with any of the above listed drugs, It could be a choice upon adulthood but we have way to many problems with kids in schools and "gangs" which always involves some type of drug use. I don't and have never tried any narcotics I was raised as a cops kid and was disciplined hard for anything I did that was wrong. In closing for this post, Matt, I would HOPE that anybody that I am involved with especially training partners and friends that know my position especially as a police officer would have the respect not to do that around me and cause me to make that decision. I'm not going around off duty looking to arrest people for personal use of marijuana, however like I said there are a lot of other drugs out there, especially prescription medication that are out of control and need some type of enforcement.

it is un Americana to not smoke pot people there could have guns because it is written in the constitution but they can't grow what the constitution is made out of, people are fucked and you should quit your job and sell pot you would be helping more people then you are as a cop.

hahah WTF, Eisner that was a great video, that dude in my opinion is what gives police a bad reputation and causes me to deal with more bullshit then I should. Compella, as well I agree with you, LAPD has over 10,000 officer, I'm sure there is a large percentage that are assholes and do the job for a power trip. I didn't take this position to try and run peoples lives, I do however deal with a shit ton of Domestic violence calls and that causes me to have to intervene in peoples lives that are trying to hurt each other. I'm not gonna sit here and say I don't get a kick out of the adrenaline rush because it is fun chasing people and getting into the altercations while on duty, but I only prefer to fight with actual criminals. People that steal are high on my list of shit bags and I do what I can to help the victims in those situations. Sly.....seriously if you have guys like me quit to sell pot, you are gonna have more asshole cops to contend with and then we will have nothing but a civil war! what good would that be?

I respect your quote but I do believe that it's time for a revolution. I wish the whole united states would file "Exempt" on their taxes for 2011. Then when 2012 comes, no one pay their taxes back to the government. The government will be broke & all of a sudden the people have the money. What do the people do with the money? We buy lots & lots of guns. So we go from weak individuals to a strong armed malitia. Obviously the military will have better equipment but I don't believe the government would rock the boat & I do believe the government would be open to change.
