I think it's fair of Sonnen to posture and stand back up whenever he finds himself in full guard or bottom, but I think he'll commit to the ground game and try to finish if he can get top half or side from a scramble/takedown.
Don't think he'll pull a Schaub personally and I pray he doesn't cause he is still my favourite entertainer currently.

Never been a fan of 'survival mode', always been about the submissions personally - but can see why Sonnen is going for that strategy. At first I thought we should write of Sonnen, but I remember Sanchez pushing Marcello a few years back - so perhaps will be a bit more competitive than people think. I'll certainly be watching, which I guess is the main point in this matchup
