Geo and Boogey have really had me inspired in the last few months to start working on being more fluid in my movements. Not even my Jiu Jitsu movements per se, but just general flexibility and range of motion, core strength, etc...
So in my nerd quest to learn about movement, I have come across this dude named Ido Portal. He specializes in moving, and it's truly amazing and beautiful to watch. I'm gonna post some of his videos here in this thread and I hope you guys check it out.
This first one is a squat routine that I have been doing for a few months and it has done wonders for my knee range of motion and my lower back issues. I highly encourage anyone that has either of those problems to incorporate this into your daily routine right away. At first, you may not even be able to get into this squatting position; I couldn't. But keep working on it; I swear to you the results are worth it! My knees feel better than when I was a teenager. For real.
