I was having trouble against my training partner recently. I wanted rubber guard and he was just super good at keeping his arm straight in under my solar plexus. anytime i tried to move or break his posture, i pretty much winded myself. I broke him a few times but he always got it back until I did something stupid and he capitalised. anyway we talked it over afterwards and thought about a two on one attack on his arm going up and over the opposite shoulder. what I found after trying it a few times is that the guy bases with his other arm when you do that.
ive done it a few times since but pretty much its two on one wrist control (personal favourite but other two on ones might work) and i throw it over my opposite shoulder. as he bases i let go with one hand and grab an overhook from it. If you can, having a foot on his hip and as you grab the overhook. shrimp out. id have the opposite side foot on the hip to the side you shrimp out to so you can throw the other leg up quicker to get into rubber guard. its a speed based move but it works for me and hey might as well get more options out there.
