    Ninja Choke?

Saw this online, was wondering what people thought of it. http://www.bjpenn.com/brutal-evil-ni...ke-submission/

That's actually Jeff Glover's "7 year old choke" and it's great. It works very well. The ninja choke is more like a guillotine with a RNC grip. The key to the 7 year old is that it's going to feel like they're about to get away and fall out from under you, but they aren't. As long as your grip is solid and you get both of your legs over both of your shoulders, just keep your grip tight and do a dead lift motion.

Here's a video of Jeff Glover hitting the 7 year old choke a few times.

The great thing about naming a move the "7 year old choke" is if you have any improvements or variations you can call it the "8 year old choke" and so on. Until you've modified it dozens of times and it becomes "the 78 year old choke" and you have arthiritis and can't remember how to do it and you're wearing an adult diaper and soiling yourself

I recall Marcelo doing it to Ben Askren, but with an entry from seatbelt. He locked one arm with his leg, then the other, then choked when Askren had no arms to defend. If Marcelo does it, it's legit.

EDIT: Marcelo hits it from back crucifix. Check it out at the 6:30 mark.

Just for context, Glover said he got the name because a 7 year old in class was climbing on his back and grabbed around his neck like that and started hanging which started to really choke him. Glover tried to shake him off but started to pass out for real, so he played around with it and then named it the 7 year old.

one more this probably has the cleanest view of the hand and leg placement
