    I live and train at 8150 feet and can definitely go forever when I visit other gyms at lower altitudes. It takes 2 weeks of living at altitude before your body and blood chemistry changes to use oxygen more efficiently. And it goes back even more quickly. My suggestion would be to come and train as "high" as you can to prepare. The smoke, I mean altitude is thick
