If you are in/near ATL and seek out only the highest level training check out American Top Team Atlanta (ATT Atlanta). The energy and drive there are amazing, world class guys who truly want to be the best. The head coach Jucao (Roan Carneiro) is fighting in two weeks as the co-main event of UFC fight night.

They are extremely 10P friendly also. Lots of slick guys in there with rubber guard, truck rolls etc. I think ATT in general is very 10P friendly it seems like ATT fighters from Coconut Creek and elsewhere are some of the most proficient users outside of the system.

It can be rough coming back after time off but the sooner you get back to it the better. Just accept that people around you have come up and use that as motivation to get back hard rather than allowing it to be overwhelming. Glad to see you're doing ok, hope you find a good environment to get some good training in.

Man, that's some great advice. That's the number 1 thing I hear from people who are coming back after a layoff. It's hard for them to accept that the people they were so much better than before are now beating them. It's natural to feel that way, but it's 100% your ego trying to shield you. Don't fall for it.
