Flights are affected by jetstreams etc too, so it's not that simple. Based on earth's rotation (towards the east as that's where the sun "comes up") and ignoring other contributors, all east to west flights should be faster than west to east because the earth is also rotating towards you (think the two train's problems to teach simultaneous equations), but a non-stop flight from Auckland to Singapore (east to west) is 10hr 50m but Singapore to Auckland is 9hr 40m. Which doesn't stack up. I guess the flight toSingapore could be slower though if it's fully loaded for chemtrails.
