Is it possible to get a Blue Belt in the 10th planet system not training at a Moon ?

I've been training the 10th planet system a little over a month and love it! I work at a Gracie Barra and MMA school so I have access to the school on my free time , So I host a open mat where we practice the 10 th planet system. I'm just curious if it's possible to move up in the system not training at a Moon? I'm attending a Eddie Bravo seminar on the 18th of this month and plan on trying to train at some of the Moons in time. Thanks

Gracie Barra has an online course where if you submit video tape at GracieUniversity.com (not plugging, referencing) and they see you use all the techniques they teach you, they literally mail you your blue belt, and so on and so forth. but THATS THEM thats how THEY run their teachings clearly not everyone runs it the same as they do but its a potential buisness model... They are the only ones that i am aware of that do this, its a great way to reach those kids who dont have access to a local moon and alot of other things are digital now a days (movies, cds, jiujitsu rank) so it has potential

Once again you don't know what the hell your are talking about Gracie Barra and Gracie Academy in Torrance are two completely different entities.

To answer the question yes there is a way to rank online in the 10th planet system Ill reference the details for you.

For those of you that are interested in a 10th Planet rank and are not
enrolled in an official 10th Planet school, you will need to be a member of
10thplanetjj.com for at least 6 months. No one walks into a new school and
gets ranked right away no matter how good they are, you have to prove your
loyalty. You will then need to post on the Nibiru forum 15 competition wins
on video with the 10th Planet logo on your person in every match(you can
have other school patches too). The final test will be you making a 10
minute video, uncut and unedited of you running thru everything you know 1/2
guard, everything you know rubber guard, everything you know twister and all
the deep hook transitions to spider web. Do not teach to the camera just run
thru all the techs swiftly and call out the names of the positions and moves
as you go thru them. Everything should fit in a 10 minute video that I will
evaluate. I need to see that you have at least 75% of the system down.
Naturally the technique video will be critiqued alot harder for a purple
than a blue, or for a brown than a purple. 10th Planet head instructors that
are non black belts can only rank their students to blue. All Nibiru
warriors that enrolled in official 10th Planet schools that are run by non
black belts that want to get their purple or brown must be first recommended
by their instructor to me and then submit the 10 minute technique video to
me personally. You gotta show me how much you know without looking at notes.

If you don’t have a patch on your shorts then just flash the 10th Planet
gang sign into the camera before or after your match. It’s easy, right hand
pointing down, left hand making an “O” with the thumb on top. That will be
enough for me

You gotta show me how much you know without looking at notes. Then you get a promotion, either blue, purple or brown. Every promotion no matter what color will require the same 15 videos. Naturally the 5 technique videos will be critiqued alot harder for a purple than a blue, or for a brown than a purple. 10th Planet head instructors that are non black belts can only rank their students to blue. Yeah, I have a message on my MySpace from Eddie. It was something along the lines of sending him rolling videos every 2 weeks or so. But that was from 2008... back when MySpace was cool. I guess as the 10thPlanet system evolves, so do the belting requirements. I've been a member of the site since early 09, and I remember those same posts.
