Hey I've been training bjj for around 2-3 yrs on and off, always wanted to visit a 10th planet school or one of Eddies (or one of his top students) seminars. I've used rubber guard and lock down a fair amount but not as caught up on everything (for ex. What is a hot box? Lol) Wondering if it's a common thing for people to just come visit the school and join for a couple classes (or if that's fine to do)? Since there arent any 10th planet schools around here at nashville thought id wanna go to something 10th planet during my winter break, Thanks.

Welcome, I think they have Cookeville TN hotbox...it's like 60 miles or so from Nashville. The short explanation for hotbox is Unofficial 10th planet school approve by Eddie and Herzog
