I've been doing some combat conditioning in addition to regular classes. One of the MMA fighters at my school does 5 rounds of 5 one minute exercises (he likes to jump rope, bear crawl, hit the heavy bag, Band pulls, then do mountain climbers). This gets him in killer shape, so I've been doing variations of this too. I like to do band pulls, ground and pound on a training dummy, sprints, wrestling shadow (sprawls, shots, etc), and medicine ball slams (or ab exercises). Take a 1 minute break between each set.
Keep in mind this is in addition to regular 1 hour classes and the live rolling that goes on there. Include grappling gauntlets in there for extra fun.
