Any one use the no arm in triangle?

I keep hitting it in scrambles and from the half guard. depending on how tight the triangle is i can get some angle on it and finish and sweep and finish it from the mount. but if i canrt get the tap fro the triangle il go for a straight arm lock or the kimoura. any one els catching this alot in the scrambles or i catch it quiet a lot from when they try and pass with the underpass.

Maybe one day when I start getting better off my back. For now the only thing I'm good at off my back are sweeps and reversals. But if we ever roll, I'll make sure to avoid your armless triangle when I go for the double underpass. Hahah.

Its the very reason for "Making Babies" and head by the ankles, when doing the double under pass, vs. the Baby Wipe.

Yes sir! That's one of the details that really stood out yesterday. When going for double under passes I'd always end up in guillotine or triangle danger. Now I know better. Thanks coach!

I learned this from Gerald a couple years back and its shut down many a mans double under pass. Even if I cant pop their arm out for the triangle at least they cant finish the pass.
