Big thanks to Brandon Mccaghren of 10th Planet Decatur for a great Rubber Guard Seminar at Upper Cumberland MMA today. Brandon is one of the best Jiu Jitsu teachers that I have had the privilege of training with. He breaks everything down to the finest detail and provides great entertainment as well. I had lots of fun and can't wait til we get to train with him again.

i had a great time! it was CRAZY hot in there. i drank 6 bottles of water and lost 4 pounds. literally.

The guy has a hideous gourd on top of his neck...but man does he live some jiu jitsu! I do mean live too. He's a world class instructor and a hell of a guy. I agree, to know him his to love him. Congratulations Michael on the seminar. I only wish I wasn't forced to choose between the new job and missing it.
